DISPITE RACISM FROM BOSTON ADAM JONES DONATES TO MUSEUM
Dispite being hit with racist remarks on May 1st during their 5-2 win over the Red Sox in Boston. Baltimore Orioles Center Fielder Adam Jones still went forward with his press conference and $20,000 donation to the Negro league Baseball Museum of Boston.
Jones’s donation, which was well planned before any game will help with technology. As an African American Baseball player Jones realizes his position to help Black boys become great Black men all while uplifting and educating the community about baseball and the history of the independent league that influenced many players of America’s favorite game.
